The Sunset district of San Francisco is known for fog, but the Outer Sunset beach community with surfers, restaurants and shops isn’t the entire story of the neighborhood. The Central Sunset is close to Golden Gate Park and is primarily single family homes appreciated for N-Judah access to downtown. The Inner Sunset can get a tad foggy, but its location as the start of Golden Gate Park, UCSF Parnassus, Cole Valley, and The Haight combined with homes featuring classic Edwardian architecture keeps it consistently in demand.
